the location was acceptable, near the charles bridge.

The room cleanliness was subpar. I observed dirt in the toilet upon arrival. bugs were also present near the toilet, a rather unpleasant discovery. one side of the bed squeaked loudly with every movement, while the other side felt soft and uneven. the staff's attitude seemed rude. They made faces when i asked simple questions..

I found the pillows in the room to be a bit strange. This affected the sleep quality somewhat, though the bed itself was comfortable. I hope they can improve the pillows because all other aspects were great.

I found really kind staff at reception. The room had baroque decor and offered views of the city. Proximity to many attractions made it easy to explore.

The elevator did not stop directly at the room floor, so one had to walk a short ramp.

The room felt small. i booked a "beautiful double room" but it barely fit the bed, let alone any luggage. also, the noise was a major issue. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. it was hard to relax or get a decent night's sleep because of the constant disturbances. this.
